CEO & Founder

Jin Sung is the Founder and CEO of the EPICENTER Foundation, a HUD-approved housing counseling agency dedicated to advancing economic stability and upward mobility in underserved communities. Established in 2020 in response to the financial challenges intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic, EPICENTER delivers pre-purchase homeownership education, financial-empowerment programs, and housing-readiness services that equip individuals and families to build long-term economic security.



Beyond EPICENTER, Jin is also the Founder and Executive Director of OASIS Center International and Pastor of OASIS Christian Church, where she has spent more than a decade designing youth-development, arts education, and leadership programs serving low-income communities across California. This experience informs her holistic approach to housing stability—addressing not only financial readiness but personal development and community resilience.

Jin leads the Advocacy Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (AACSR) and serves on advisory boards for regional banks and utilities, bringing a community-impact lens to institutional strategy, policy engagement, and equitable economic development initiatives statewide.
