Sandra is a twice immigrant, from Korea to South America, then to the United States. She is a life-partner, mother, daughter, friend, community member and business owner. She operates a construction company called JHOG Design & Development with her husband, Jacob.
She spent the last 20 years in the corporate, nonprofit, health care, labor and older adult communities. She cherishes the meaningful relationships she got to build while working at Enterprise Rent A Car, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Hospitality Training Academy and Aurrera Health Group.
Sandra's passion is to be joyful, grateful, a cheerful giver and to become a stronghold to those who need a place of rest & strengthening. Her goal is to connect needs with resources, especially in communities experiencing language and cultural barriers. She is really excited for the opportunity to serve our community as an EPICENTER advisory board member.
At EPICENTER Foundation, inclusivity is at the heart of what we do. We're dedicated to optimizing accessibility so that everyone, regardless of ability, can effortlessly access our services.
