Through her position at Pacific Premier Bank, Courtney has been fortunate to align her professional development with her passion for community outreach. Courtney currently serves as SVP, CRA Officer for Pacific Premier Bank, where she leads the Bank’s community reinvestment strategy across five western states, with a primary focus of directing funds for investment in support of affordable housing and economic development initiatives. She has over 20 years of financial services experience, ranging from bank operations, sales, broker-dealer supervisory compliance, and community reinvestment. She holds a B.S. in Finance and exploring certificate programs in Corporate Social Responsibility.

With a deep passion for volunteering, Courtney is involved with various nonprofits in her community. Courtney currently serves as Board Trustee and Treasurer of Hands Together- A Center for Children, and Treasurer and Board Member for Second Change Orange County. She also serves as Co-Chair and Advisory Board Member for Junior Achievement of Orange County in addition to serving as an Advisory Board Member for Orange County Community Housing Corporation. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two young children.
