First-Time Home Buyer
Work with a HUD-Approved Housing Counselor to make your first home purchase a positive experience!
Money Management
Understand where your money is being spent and learn how to manage your money so that you’ll be prepared in case of an emergency.
Credit Restoration
Learn how to manage and increase your credit score to gain access to many loan programs and become an exceptional borrower.
Down Payment Assistance
EPICENTER partners with many different banks with a variety of Down Payment Assistance funds and silent second loan programs. Working with many lenders allows our clients to see what is out there and what they can use for their own home purchase.
Pre-Purchase Counseling
Join our counselors and learn about the entire process of buying and preparing buyers through financial checks. Many of these will include: Things to look for BEFORE you start your home search, responsibilities of becoming a home owner, and accessing resources available for First-Time home buyers.
Join our FREE Workshop
Every 4th Thursday of the month from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
EPICENTER holds a First Time Homebuyer Workshop,
where new home buyers can talk directly to professionals in the industry!
